Characteristics
- The body of revolution is shaped one-off. It guarantees the coaxiality between axle and revolution during revolution .
- The inward alloy mechanical seal is adoped and it resolves the problem of leakage during rotation.
- The riding wheel is made up of tin bronze, stainless steel and synthetic steel. It increases the service life and prevents from the defect of bearing rotation.
- The lead wheel is made up of wheel, which is distributed on the left, right and under-part. It reduces the labour intensity and resolves the problem of basket’s back and forth moving during rotation.
- The basket’s compress system is compressed by steam cylinder automatically and the full set of steam cylinder is made of ally such as stainless steel and so on. It resolves the problem of steam cylinder’s leakage because of rustiness duing in seivice.
- The drive system is located by automatic locate system with the function of brake. It guarantees the body of revolution can be kept on the same position to be convenient to feed and discharge material.
- The transducer is adopted during rotation. The rotational speed can be adjusted according to the products with different viscosity. It prevents from lay separation and precipitation.
- The equipment and reducer stand is intergrated , so it can prevent the coaxiality of rotation axis from change because of reducer stand and pot body during in service.
- All of sterilizing courses an be controlled by PLC automatically. The heat distribution can be controlled within ±0.1℃.Multistage heat is adopted. At the same time, it can save energy and has the function of testing F value. It can store 30 sterilizing formulas at least.
Scope of application:
Automatic water-bath-type rotary sterilizer is suitable for all kinds of food, berverage with different viscosity; It is especially suitable for all kinds of package such as tin case, pop can , etc.
